STATUS: REACTIVATED & SCALING
Forged in the freezing mountains of Korea while guarding the DMZ along the 38th Parallel, BFS was founded with resilience and brotherhood at its core. Stationed just a stone's throw from the North Koreans, BFS started with one Soldier hitting the bars of Dongducheon, Itaewon, and Yongsan. Off duty, the mission was simple: grab a beer and buy a round for Brothers-in-arms holding the line.
Soon after, what started in a Korean bar in 2004 quickly hit the airwaves. First, Stars and Stripes, then other newspapers, and national radio outlets picked up the story. As word spread, I found myself no longer needing to pay for a round of beers. Patriots from sea to shining sea began funding the rounds so the "Cold Ones" never stopped flowing.
As missions evolved over time, the site went dark; however, the spirit never died. The domain was then held in reserve, awaiting the right moment to redeploy and motivate a new generation of warriors.
